we understand WAM Capital Limited was successful with an offer of 0.686 new WAM Capital shares for every 1 Westoz share	22/04/2022
The scheme of arrangement with WAM Capital Limited, which was approved by Westoz shareholders on 6 April 2022 and the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 8 April 2022, has today been implemented. All Westoz shares have now been transferred to WAM Capital, and eligible Westoz shareholders have been issued the Scheme Consideration of 0.686 new WAM Capital shares for every 1 Westoz share held on the Record Date (being 13 April 2022). The newly issued WAM Capital shares are expected to commence trading on ASX on a normal settlement basis from Friday, 22 April 2022.	21/04/2022
The securities of Westoz Investment Company Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on Monday, 11 April 2022 under Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of Western Australia orders with ASIC approving the scheme of arrangement by which WAM Capital Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in WIC.	11/04/2022
