Westfield Corporation can confirm exchange rates disclosed on payment notices relating to the US dollar cash consideration component of consideration paid by Unibail"Rodamco SE as follows: All US dollar amounts have been converted to AU dollars at the exchange rate of: US$1.00 to AU$1.316616. All US dollar amounts have been converted to NZ dollars at the exchange rate of: US$1.00 to NZ$1.425709.

The schemes of arrangement for the acquisition of Westfield by Unibail Rodamco SE have become effective. This follows the receipt and lodgement with the ASIC of orders of the Supreme Court of New South Wales approving the schemes of arrangement.

The securities of Westfield Corporation will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Wednesday 30 May 2018, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission of orders of the Supreme Court of New South Wales approving the scheme of arrangement under which Unibail-Rodamco will acquire all of the shares in Westfield Corporation Limited and amendments to the constitutions of Westfield America Trust and WFD Trust under which UnibailRodamco will acquire all of the units in Westfield America Trust and WFD Trust.
