Trade Me confirms that 100% of the shares in Trade Me Group Limited were acquired by Titan AcquisitionCo New Zealand Limited this morning. Trade Me's share registry Link Market Services has confirmed that payment (at NZ$6.45 per share) is being despatched to shareholders today. The exchange rate applying to payments in Australian currency is NZD1.00 to AUD0.9396. Titan's acquisition of Trade Me was made under the Scheme of Arrangement approved by Trade Me's shareholders on 3 April 2019 and by the High Court of New Zealand on 16 April 2019.	08/05/2019
The securities of Trade Me Group Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Thursday, 2 May 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 and the orders made by the High Court of New Zealand approving the scheme of arrangement by which Titan AcquisitionCo New Zealand Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in TME.	02/05/2019
