we understand Afterpay and Touchcorp merged to create a new listed entity called Afterpay Touch Group - Touchcorp shareholders received 0.64 shares in the new company for every share they previously held and Afterpay shareholders, one share for every share they previously held	10/07/2017
The scheme of arrangement between Touchcorp and its ordinary shareholders has been implemented today. All Touchcorp shares have been transferred to Afterpay Touch Group and the Touchcorp scheme consideration has been issued to Touchcorp shareholders. Afterpay Touch Group shares will commence trading on ASX on a normal settlement basis on Monday, 10 July 2017. An application to delist Touchcorp from the ASX is expected to be made on Monday, 10 July 2017.	06/07/2017
The securities of Touchcorp Limited will be suspended from quotation from the close of trading on Wednesday, 28 June 2017, pursuant to listing rule 17.2, pending the implementation of the schemes of arrangement to effect a merger of the Company and Afterpay Holdings Limited. Afterpay Touch Group Limited will be admitted to the official list of ASX in their place.	28/06/2017
