we understand the company held 40 per cent of The Ten Group Limited - on 24 March 1998, the company's shareholders voted on a scheme of arrangement which involved shareholders exchanging their shares for Ten Network Holdings Limited shares (we believe this was one for one but seek confirmation to admin@delisted.com.au) - Ten Holdings also offered under a prospectus ordinary fully-paid shares of $1.00 each in TNH at an issue price per share of $2.15
