we understand that via the scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of Spicers by Kokusai Pulp & Paper, shareholders received a total transaction consideration payment of $0.073 (7.3 cents) per share which included a capital return of 3.0 cents per share	17/07/2019
The scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of Spicers by Kokusai Pulp & Paper that became legally effective on 4 July 2019 has been implemented today. The associated return of capital was also implemented today. KPP now owns all of the shares on issue in Spicers.	16/07/2019
The company refers to the scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of Spicers by Kokusai Pulp & Paper becoming legally effective. Spicers confirms that the final amount of the capital return has been determined as $63.8 million, representing $0.030 (3.0 cents) per share. Spicers shareholders who held shares at 7.00pm (Melbourne time) on Tuesday, 9 July 2019 will thus receive a total transaction consideration payment of $0.073 (7.3 cents) per share on implementation of the Scheme and Capital Return.
