shareholders who elected to receive Coca Cola Amatil (CCL) scrip consideration for 100% of their shares received CCL shares in respect of approximately 55.57% of their shares, with cash payable in relation to the remainder - shareholders who elected to receive scrip consideration for 50% or less of their shares received 0.2936 CCL shares for each and cash for the rest - for the 50-100% election they received 0.2936 CCL shares for each share in relation to the first 50% of their SPC Ardmona shares and 11.15% of the portion of their SPC Ardmona shares (over and above the first 50%) for which they elected to receive scrip consideration and cash in relation to the remainder (for example, a shareholder who elected to receive scrip consideration for 75% of their SPC Ardmona shares received scrip consideration in respect of (50 + ((75 50) x 0.1115))%, equal to 52.79% of their SPC Ardmona shares, and cash in respect of 47.21% of those shares) - in addition shareholders received a fully franked final dividend of $0.03 per SPC Ardmona share
