Cash consideration of $2.7675 per stapled security (being $2.8875 less the amount of the Special Distribution) has today been sent to Spark Infrastructure Securityholders who held Spark Infrastructure securities on the Scheme Record Date, being 7.00pm (AEST) on 10 December 2021.
