we understand Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers Limited, acquired 100% of the shares in SILK with shareholders paid $3.25 cash per SILK share - a fully franked special dividend of $0.10 per SILK share was also paid on Tuesday, 28 November 2023	30/11/2023
The scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers Limited, will acquire 100% of the shares in SILK has today been implemented. API has now acquired all of the shares in SILK. SILK shareholders will today be paid $3.25 cash per SILK share they held on the Scheme Record Date, being 7.00pm Sydney time (6.30pm Adelaide time) on Wednesday, 22 November 2023. The fully franked special dividend of $0.10 per SILK share was paid to SILK shareholders on Tuesday, 28 November 2023 for each SILK share held on the Special Dividend Record Date, being 7.00pm Sydney time (6.30pm Adelaide time) on Tuesday, 21 November 2023.	29/11/2023
