delisted at the request of the Company under listing rule 17.11, following an announcement by the Company that the merger by scheme of arrangement with Mineral Securities Limited (formerly known as Minsec (BVI) Limited) has become effective	31/07/2007
we understand the Merger was implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") whereby shareholders in the Company received 4 new shares in Minsec (BVI) for every 5 shares held in the Company - the holders of CHESS depositary interests ("DI") in the Company also received 4 new CDIs in Minsec (BVI) for every 5 CDIs held in the Company, which represented their CDI holdings in Minsec (BVI) - these CDIs will allow for trading and clearing on ASX	31/07/2007
Scarborough has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Minsec Investments (BVI) Limited, which is itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Securities Limited (formerly known as Minsec (BVI) Limited) ("Minsec") - in due course, it is intended that Scarborough will be re-registered as a private limited company with the name Mineral Securities (UK) Limited - Minsec is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands - it was established in connection with the restructuring of the Minsec Group	23/07/2007
