we understand unitholders approved the corporatisation of the Trust whereby each unit was exchanged for 1 share in Australian Food & Fibre Limited (AFF) - unitholders who did not elect to take up their entitlements to shares in AFF or had an address outside of Australia had their units redeemed and issued to a Sale Trustee who was then issued an equal number of shares in AFF - the Sale Trustee then sold the shares it held in AFF and distributed the proceeds to those unitholders
