we understand Rubicon is a New Zealand based and focused company and decided there were no compelling reasons for it to continue to be listed on the ASX, especially given that the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZSE) was the market of liquidity for Rubicon shares, with less than 0.5% of shares having traded on the ASX since its listing in March 2001 - existing Australian-based shareholders can continue to trade Rubicon shares on the NZSE
