we have been asked about this company but have very little information about it - what we know is that it was incorporated in Darwin on 28 July 1972 - we understand it was the brain child of a solicitor employed in the offices of Cridland & Bauer, Darwin - evidently non-cumulative preference shares were "gifted" (we are not sure how many nor if there may have been consideration in some cases) to various people - what is certain is that the company was never listed, it no longer exists and any shares are of no value	19/02/2004

I just found a letter dated 19/2/1973 giving me 1,000 50c non-cumulative preference shares and an accompanying share certificate.

Thanks for the advice on this so-called company. I think I will chuck these documents out.

I had also cut out a press release about this company from The Australian on 10 March 1973 - if anyone needs a bit more information.
