we understand Shelley BidCo Pty Ltd (an entity controlled by Quadrant Private Equity) acquired all of the issued shares in QMS for the consideration of $1.22 in cash except in the case of "Rollover Shareholders" who received a mixture of cash and scrip - a final dividend of 1.3 cents a share was also paid on 20 February 2020	24/02/2020
The scheme of arrangement between QMS and its shareholders that was approved by QMS shareholders on Thursday, 6 February 2020 and by the Federal Court of Australia on Monday, 10 February 2020 was implemented today. QMS is also pleased to announce that the Final Dividend of 1.3 cents per QMS share was paid on Thursday, 20 February 2020 to QMS shareholders in respect of QMS shares held at 7:00 pm (Melbourne Time) on Friday, 14 February 2020.	21/02/2020
The securities of QMS Media Limited will be suspended from quotation effective at the close of trading today, Tuesday, 11 February 2020, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court of Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Shelley BidCo Pty Ltd (an entity controlled by Quadrant Private Equity) will acquire all of the issued shares in QMS.	11/02/2020
