we understand the Trust was taken over by Flinders Industrial Property Trust - a Scheme of Arrangement was implemented whereby all units in PYT not owned by Flinders Industrial Property Trust were redeemed - PYT unitholders received payment of 42 cents per unit comprising 40 cents per unit as capital redemption and 2 cents per unit on account of the accrued distribution for the 6 months ending 31 December 2001 - Flinders Industrial Property Trust is a wholly owned sub-trust of Stockland Trust
