The proposed acquisition by PYFA Australia Pty Ltd of 100% of the issued shares in Probiotec pursuant to a scheme of arrangement has been implemented today, Tuesday, 18 June 2024. Pyridam Sub now holds all of the shares on issue in Probiotec. An amount of $3.00 cash per Probiotec share has been sent to Probiotec Shareholders today in respect of all Probiotec shares held on the Scheme Record Date, being 7:00pm (Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 12 June 2024.	18/06/2024
The securities of Probiotec Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on Wednesday, 5 June 2024 under Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement with ASIC of the Federal Court of Australia orders approving the scheme of arrangement by which PYFA Australia Pty Ltd will acquire all of the issued shares in PBP	05/06/2024
