Zeta Resources made an amendment to its announcement last 10 November 2017. UIL Limited has been issued 86,461,440 new Zeta shares, not 86,441,440, which was the number cited in the previous announcement.

In addition to the scheme of arrangement being implemented, Zeta Resources announces has exercised its zeta options, and has therefore been issued 86,441,440 new Zeta shares.

The scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Zeta Resources will acquire all of the ordinary shares in PPP has been implemented.

Zeta shares to be issued in consideration will commence trading on a normal settlement basis with effect from the next trading day after the revised implementation date, being Monday, 13 November 2017. PPP shareholders who held shares on 31 October 2017 will be entitled to receive the Scheme consideration of one Zeta share for every 10 PPP shares or, if elected, $0.038 per PPP share which will be paid within five business days of implementation of the Scheme, now scheduled to take place on Friday, 10 November 2017.

Zeta and PPP have agreed to extend the implementation date in relation to the scheme of arrangement to 10 November 2017.

The securities of Pan Pacific Petroleum NL will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Tuesday 24 October 2017, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court of Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement giving effect to the acquisition by Zeta Resources Limited of all the ordinary shares in the Company.
