we understand Aussie Broadband (ABB) was successful with an offer of the following consideration for each OTW share: (Default $4.332 cash + 0.283 ABB shares) or (All Cash $5.415 cash + 0.067 ABB shares - due scale-back) or (All scrip 1.15 ABB shares) or (Mix and Match $2.707 cash + 0.0608 ABB shares)	16/03/2022
The scheme of arrangement between the company's shareholders and Aussie Broadband was implemented today. The scheme consideration has been paid and issued to each OTW shareholder who held OTW shares as at the record date, being 7.00pm AEDT, 8 March 2022.	15/03/2022
In relation to the proposed acquisition of OTW by Aussie Broadband by scheme of arrangement, the aggregate elected cash consideration has exceeded the maximum cash consideration. The cash scaleback mechanism will apply and the amount of cash each OTW shareholder will receive will be scaled back on a pro-rata basis. For each 1 cent of cash scaled back, OTW shareholders will receive approximately 0.0020 new ABB shares.	11/03/2022
