The scheme of arrangement between OptiComm and its shareholders was implemented today. Uniti now holds all of the shares on issue in OptiComm. The scheme of consideration has today been paid and issued to each OptiComm shareholder who held OptiComm shares at 7:00pm (AEDT) on 17 November 2020, and the fully franked special dividend of $0.10 per OptiComm share has today been paid to each OptiComm shareholder who held OptiComm shares as at 7:00pm (AEDT) on 17 November 2020.	20/11/2020
