oOh!media Group Limited (ASX:OOH) advises that as at 7:00 pm on Thursday, 8 March 2012 (Record Date), elections made by OOH shareholders for the Mixed Consideration in relation to the scheme of arrangement between OOH and OOH shareholders1 pursuant to which Outdoor Media Operations Pty Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in OOH that the CHAMP III Funds2 do not already own (Scheme), were in excess of 100,000,000 OOH shares. Accordingly, the Minimum Scrip Number was satisfied and the Mixed Consideration will be issued under the Scheme to those OOH shareholders who made a valid election to receive it.
