The scheme of arrangement between OTH and its shareholders was implemented today. The consortium of investors comprising PIQ1 Pty Ltd and Macquarie Corporate Holdings Pty Limited and 77VSV and Sandrift Pte Limited now holds all the issued shares in OTH. The scheme consideration of A$0.85 for each OTH share held as at 7.00pm on 27 October 2016 (Sydney time) will be paid to Scheme Shareholders today.	03/11/2016
The securities of Onthehouse Holdings Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Thursday 20 October 2016, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court of Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which PIQ1 Pty Ltd, Macquarie Corporate Holdings Pty Ltd, 77 Victoria Street Venture Pty Ltd and Sandrift Pte Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in the Company.	20/10/2016

Three emails and not one reply. Property specifications are wrong. Valuation very wrong according to a formal valuation we have received. Who are these people that don't bother replying to emails and don't bother correcting the information. They certainly don't get the information from RP Data. The property will be going on the market soon and the incorrect information will definitely influence any potential buyers. On the house unreliably publish an incorrect valuation of my house even though the renovation done on it will far exceed the price shown, I was happy to provide reasons but they simply refused to listen, and update my specs with the renovated features but refused to recalculate the estimate making it look like there's something wrong with the house. I asked them to remove or fix and they refuse to. I will also take this up with Department of Fair trading as I have never explicitly authorise them to do this but it has direct impact on me.	22/12/2015 16:12:00
