The scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Atlas AU BidCo will acquire all of the issued shares of Nearmap has now been implemented. All Nearmap shares have been transferred to Thoma Bravo BidCo. Eligible Nearmap shareholders who held Nearmap shares at the Scheme record date, being 7:00pm (Sydney time) Thursday 8 December 2022 were paid A$2.10 in cash per each Nearmap share held at the Scheme Record Date in accordance with the terms of the Scheme.	15/12/2022
