we understand BGH Bidco (an entity owned by a consortium led by BGH Capital) acquired all of the issued shares in Navitas from Navitas shareholders for the cash consideration of $5.825 a share	08/07/2019
The scheme of arrangement between Navitas and its shareholders has today been implemented. BGH Bidco has acquired all of the issued shares in Navitas from Navitas shareholders. The cash consideration of $5.825 for each share held by Navitas shareholders (other than Consortium Shareholders) as at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 27 June 2019 (being the Scheme Record Date) has been sent to shareholders today. Navitas has today submitted an application for termination of the official quotation of Navitas shares on ASX and for Navitas to be removed from the official list of the ASX.	05/07/2019
The securities of Navitas Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Monday 24 June 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of Western Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which BGH Bidco A Pty Ltd will acquire all of the issued shares in NVT.	24/06/2019
