we understand VetPartners NVC Pty Ltd was successful with an offer of $3.70 cash per NVL share	09/04/2020
The scheme of arrangement between NVC and its shareholders that was approved by NVC shareholders on 19 March 2020 and by the Supreme Court of Queensland on 25 March 2020 was implemented today, 8 April 2020. VetPartners NVC Pty Ltd now holds all the shares on issue in NVC; and the scheme consideration of $3.70 cash per NVC share was paid today to each NVC shareholder who held NVC shares as at 7.00pm (AEDT) on 1 April 2020.	08/04/2020
NVC is pleased to announce that the call option to acquire the minority equity interest in the Fitzroy clinic was exercised on 26 March 2020 and settlement of the acquisition has now occurred. The Fitzroy clinic is now wholly-owned by NVC.	01/04/2020
