The National RMBS Trust 2012-2 in respect of Series 2012-2 Class A2 Floating Rate Notes due 20 June 2044 (the "Notes") will be suspended from quotation at the close of business today, Tuesday 22 December 2015, in accordance with listing rule 17.2, following the redemption of the Notes on 21 December 2015.
