we understand an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co L.P., ETA Australia Holdings III Pty Ltd, acquired all of the shares in MYOB, that it did not already own, for the consideration of $3.40 cash per share	08/05/2019
The scheme of arrangement between MYOB and its shareholders pursuant to which an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co L.P., ETA Australia Holdings III Pty Ltd will acquire all of the shares in MYOB that it does not already own, has today been implemented. The scheme consideration has been paid to holders of scheme shares as consideration for the transfer of their scheme shares to KKR under the scheme. Scheme shareholders will shortly receive their scheme consideration and holding statements evidencing their entitlement under the scheme.	08/05/2019
The securities of MYOB Group Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Wednesday, 24 April 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court of Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
