The company has successfully completed a $3 million raise under the Company's Replacement Prospectus dated 6 September 2016. The Company will proceed to issue 37,500,000 shares at $0.08 per share for the purpose of recompliance with the Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules for re-quotation to the Official List, following approval by the Company's shareholders to acquire 100% of Gameday at its General Meeting on 27 July 2016.

The hearing in the Supreme Court of New south Wales in the matter of Condor Blanco Mines Limited v Dominic Calabretta concluded on Friday 19 August. As previously detailed, the company brought this matter before the court in order to determine the validity of Mr. Calabretta's appointment as administrator of the company. A decision on the matter is expected within coming weeks.
