| Reference my ownership of a number of Benguela shares which were not exchanged at the time of the takeover company Trans Hex Group shares 4.79 for every 100 Benguela shares 25 Apr 2000. I forget the amount of shares I owned with Benguela and I do not have the old certificate. I missed the exchange process at that time.
