we understand Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited acquired 100% of the issued shares in MMA Offshore with shareholders receiving $2.70 in cash for each MMA share	26/07/2024
The company has implemented a scheme of arrangement with Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited to acquire 100% of its issued shares. Shareholders received $2.70 in cash for each MMA share held on the Scheme Record Date. All MMA shares have been transferred to Cyan, and Cyan has been registered as the registered holder. Trading in MMA shares on ASX was suspended on 11 July 2024, and MMA is applying to be removed from the official list.	25/07/2024
The securities of MMA Offshore Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on Thursday, 11 July 2024 under Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court of Australia orders with ASIC approving the scheme of arrangement by which Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited will acquire all of the issued shares in MRM.	11/07/2024
