we understand LIFULL Co Ltd was successful with an offer of 80 cents cash per share for the first 20,000 shares held and 0.084336 new LIFULL shares for each remaining MUA share	22/01/2019
The previously announced scheme of arrangement under which LIFULL Co ) will acquire of the issued shares in Mitula has been implemented today. Accordingly, all of the ordinary shares in Mitula have today been transferred to LIFULL.	08/01/2019
The securities of Mitula Group Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Thursday, 13 December 2018, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of Victoria orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which LIFULL Co., Ltd will acquire all of the issued shares in MUA.	13/12/2018
