The company announces that the scheme of arrangement pursuant to which 100% of the issued capital of Millennium would be acquired by MS Journey Pty Ltd (SoftBank Robotics BidCo) has today been implemented. Millennium Shareholders have today been sent their applicable Scheme Consideration (which includes Cash Consideration, Scrip Consideration or a combination of both) in accordance with the Scheme. Trading in Millennium Shares on the ASX was suspended from the close of trading on 23 April 2024, as previously announced. Millennium intends to apply for its removal from the official list of the ASX with effect from the close of trading on 6 May 2024.	03/05/2024
