delisted following advices that, consequent upon the Company's requested trading halt that was placed on its shares on Friday, 18 February 2011, the Company will be delisted from NSX with effect from the close of trading on Wednesday, 6 April 2011. The Company's shares will then trade on ASX Limited (ASX) from 11:00am on Thursday, 7 April 2011 under the ASX code MRJ	05/04/2011
company has obtained a declaration from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission under which the Company may now be admitted to quotation by 7 April 2011. MRW confirms that it now intends to list on the ASX and delist from the NSX by this date. MRW will shortly advise NSX as to this revised timetable. MRW requests the continued suspension in trading in its securities pending delisting of the Company from the NSX and listing on the ASX	23/03/2011
Meridien Resources Limited (NSX Code: MRW) requests that trading in its securities be suspended with effect from close of trading on 18 February 2011 pending delisting of the Company from the NSX. MRW is seeking to list on ASX Limited ("ASX") from Monday, 7 March 2011 under the ASX code MRJ. The suspension is sought on the basis that MRW and its securities traded under the NSX code MRW will be permanently delisted from trading on the NSX subject to MRW being admitted and quoted on the ASX on 7 March 2011	18/02/2011
