Hallmark advise that a wholly owned subsidiary of Hallmark, Eaglemist Pty Ltd acquired the Deflector mining lease located in the South Murchison region of Western Australia - simultaneously a right to mine was granted to a wholly owned subsidiary of Menzies Gold Ltd who were operating a 300,000 TPA plant nearby - as a consequence of the appointment of an administrator to Menzies Gold (and its subsidiary King Solomon Mines Ltd) the right to mine has been cancelled

Hallmark Consolidated Limited as the major secured creditor announces it plans to work closely with the administrator and management to restructure the company believing that a restructured and recapitalised Menzies is the best way forward to properly explore and develop the South Murchison Project and maintain a strong regional presence
