delisted following the resale of all of the Trust's Convertible Preference Securities (the "PS") to Macquarie Financial Holdings Limited and the subsequent redemption and cancellation of the CPS in accordance with the CPS Terms	15/07/2013
we understand Macquarie Group offered investors the opportunity to reinvest their 2008 CPS into a new security, Macquarie Group Capital Notes (MCN) - holders that took up this offer received MCN to the face value ($100) of each 2008 CPS plus a cash distribution of $4.7724 accrued up to 7 June 2013 (being the issue date of MCN) - for holders that did not participate in the Reinvestment Offer, all 2008 CPS were redeeemed for the full face value of $100 per 2008 CPS and a distribution of $5.5019 paid (subject to payment tests applicable to the 2008 CPS) - holders could also sell on market up to 13 June 2013, the last trading day	15/07/2013
The securities of Macquarie CPS Trust (the "Trust") will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, 13 June 2013, at the request of Macquarie Capital Loans Management Limited, as responsible entity for the Trust, due to the resale of the Trust" Convertible Preference Securities ("PS") expected to occur on 1 July 2013 in accordance with the CPS Terms.
