Quoin (Int) Limited has a holding in Eftel Limited. The Company has resolved to accept the offer by M2 Telecommunications Group Limited and has elected to receive shares in M2 Telecommunications Group Limited. The election was made prior to the 6 May 2013 cut-off date, and MTU has announced that it intends to issue these shares by 10 May 2013	09/05/2013
