Little World Beverages Limited ("LWB") (ASX: LWB) confirms the scheme consideration and special dividend payable to its shareholders in connection with the scheme of arrangement between LWB and its shareholders have now been sent to shareholders. Following this payment, all the ordinary shares in LWB have been transferred to Anglo-Gaelic Investments Pty Ltd ("AGI"), resulting in the scheme being fully implemented. LWB now intends to apply to be removed from the official list of the ASX	09/10/2012
