we understand that on 20th August 2007, a Canadian company Norilsk Nickel acquired the company - LionOre shareholders apparently received a cash offer of CAD$27.50 per share - this was a compulsory acquisition	25/11/2010

LionOre shareholders whose LionOre CDIs (or CHESS Depository Interests) remain registered on LionOre's Australian register at 5pm (Perth time) on 5/6/2007 will have their LionOre CDIs cancelled and will be issued a LionOre share certificate reflecting their LionOre shareholding; that is, Australian Shareholders will become the registered holder of LionOre shares rather than CDIs - LionOre has made arrangements for the direct registration of their LionOre shares on LionOre's Canadian Registry - this means that their LionOre shares will, following LionOre delisting from the ASX, be able to be traded on the TSX subject to compliance with relevant TSX trading rules - they should contact their broker or financial adviser about trading in LionOre shares on the TSX	04/06/2007
