we understand Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc was successful with an offer of $2.10 cash per share, payable on May 14, 2024, and a Special Dividend of $0.16 cash per share paid on May 7, 2024	17/05/2024
The company announced that it has implemented a scheme of arrangement to acquire Link Group by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. The scheme consideration for Link Group shares was $2.10 cash per share, payable on May 14, 2024, and a Special Dividend of $0.16 cash per share on May 7, 2024. All existing directors of Link Group, except Michael Carapiet and Vivek Bhatia, have resigned, and Hideto Shimada, Jun Kawakubo, and Atsushi Yoshinari have been appointed as new directors. Trading in Link Group shares on the ASX was suspended at the close of trading on May 1, 2024, and Link Group plans to remove itself from the ASX's official list from May 17, 2024.	16/05/2024
