The acquisition of Johns Lyng Group Limited by Sherwood BidCo Pty Ltd was implemented today. JLG shareholders will receive $4.00 per share, while those choosing Scrip Consideration will get 4 Topco Shares per share held. JLG is set to be delisted from ASX on 24 October 2025.	23/10/2025
