this society demutualised in 2007 and became IOR Group Limited - IOR Group Limited will commence the process to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) within the two year deadline as set out in the Explanatory Memorandum	01/08/2007
according to ATO ruling CR 2007/45 "for the purposes of calculating a capital gain or loss on disposal of the shares, the class of entities will be taken to have acquired the shares on the demutualisation resolution day and to have paid as consideration for the shares an amount based on the lesser of: - the embedded value of IOR, as calculated by an eligible actuary under section 121AM, and - the value of the company based on the closing first trading day price after the shares are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)" - any capital gain or capital loss arising from the disposal of shares before the shares are listed will apparently be disregarded	01/08/2007
