The proposed acquisition by Eternal Aus BidCo of all the issued capital of InvoCare which is not already held by it or its related entities, by way of a scheme of arrangement has today been implemented. TPG BidCo now holds all of the ordinary shares in InvoCare. InvoCare Shareholders who have elected to receive the All Cash Consideration have today been sent an amount of $12.10 cash (being $12.70 less the amount of the Special Dividend of $0.60) in respect of each InvoCare Share held as at the Scheme Record Date, being 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 17 November 2023.	24/11/2023
