The suspension of trading in the securities of Investec Australia Property Fund will be lifted immediately following the admission of Investec Australia Property Fund II and the commencement of official quotation of the stapled securities of IAPF Group on a deferred settlement basis on Tuesday, 24 November 2020.	24/11/2020
Investec Australia Property Fund is currently admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited and its fully paid ordinary units trade under the ASX code IAP. On 17 November 2020, shareholders in IAP approved the resolutions necessary to staple the fully paid ordinary units of Investec Australia Property Fund II to the fully paid ordinary units in IAP. The Stapling Proposal will be achieved by IAP making a capital distribution to IAP unitholders with such distributions being mandatorily applied to subscribe for units in the Fund. Units in IAP will be stapled to units in the Fund on a one for one basis forming a single class of stapled securities and creating a new stapled group, IAPF Group. Official quotation of the Stapled Securities is expected to commence on a deferred settlement basis as part of Group 3 at 10:04:30 am (+/- 15 seconds) AEDT on Tuesday, 24 November 2020.	24/11/2020
The securities of Investec Australia Property Fund will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, pending the stapling of units in IAP to units of Investec Australia Property Fund II.	23/11/2020
