UBS AG bought 23,465,832 Intoll Group Ltd shares from November 25 to 30, 2010, increasing from 239,531,311 shares (10.59%) to 262,997,143 shares (11.63%)

the securities of Intoll Group (the "Group") will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, 30 November 2010, at the request of the Group, following lodgement of the court order with the Bermuda Registrar of Companies in relation to the scheme of arrangement whereby all of the Group's stapled securities will be acquired by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board

we understand that on or about this date the company undertook, proposed to undertake or was the subject of the following corporate action: - Canada Pension Plan Investment Board propose to acquire the entire issued capital of Intoll - this corporate event may appear elsewhere in this company record

the Supreme Court of Bermuda on Nov 26 sanctioned the Intoll International Limited Scheme of Arrangement (Company Scheme) in accordance with section 99(2) of the Companies Act 1981 (Bermuda). It is expected that the Court order sanctioning the Company Scheme will be lodged with the Bermuda Registrar of Companies on 29 November 2010 (Bermudan time), at which time all the Schemes to implement the CPPIB Proposal will become effective and binding on Intoll Securityholders
