Drilling will target downdip of the 800 metre long zone of copper anomalism defined in previous drilling which included a 26 metre section assaying 0.6% Copper from 100 metre depth that included a 10 metre interval assaying 0.9% Copper. Drilling will be completed in July 2021 with assays expected in September 2021.

The board of Hampton Hill Mining NL is pleased to announce the commencement of the planned detailed ground electromagnetic geophysical survey. The survey seeks to define massive sulphides along a target horizon that extends for over 10 kilometres within acid volcanics understood to be of the same age as and of similar geology to the sequences that host the Golden Grove base metal ore bodies located in the Yalgoo Goldfield, located some 100 kilometres to the south. The horizon has been outlined by an extensive wide-spaced bedrock drilling program that demonstrated a clear base metal anomalous trend along its length.

Following the disappointing results from the diamond drill program completed by Hampton Hill recently on the Clinker Hill Nickel Project, the Company has exercised its right to withdraw from the joint venture with the project owner, Metal Hawk Limited.

Hampton Hill Mining has decided not to pursue the proceedings in the Supreme Court of Western Australia which alleged that the ASX had breached its obligations to the company in relation to its intention to suspend trading in the company's shares pursuant to Listing Rule 12.1. Hampton Hill has agreed to pay the ASX's costs of the interlocutory application.

Hampton Hill Mining NL has instructed its geophysical consultants, Newexco Pty Ltd, to contract GEM Geophysics to carry out a 259 station SQUID-based electromagnetic survey at Hampton Hill's 100% owned Glenview base metal project situated on the northern flank of the Weld Ranges, some 60 kilometres northwest of Cue township.

The securities of Hampton Hill Mining NL will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.3, as ASX has determined that HHM's operations are not adequate to warrant the continued quotation of its securities in compliance with Listing Rule 12.1. The suspension will continue until HHM is able to demonstrate compliance with Listing Rule 12.1 of the Listing Rules.
