Further to the announcement made to the market on 26 June 2013, the Company is still in process of negotiating refinancing of its existing debt facility, further debt facility and equity financing. It may be further noted that the Company has not yet been able to finalize its audited accounts for the year ending 31st March 2013 due to the fact that a number of accounting issues are yet to be resolved which has resulted in the delay. The Company requests the suspension to end at the commencement of trading on Monday the 8 th July 2013 or when the requisite announcements are made, whichever falls earlier.
