we understand the company was in receivership and in administration and executed a Deed of Company Arrangement which was effectuated by McCaffertys Holdings Limited successful offer spanning both the takeover of the company and an arrangement for creditors - it evidently acquired all the issued capital of the company, for a consideration of one share in McCaffertys for every three shares held, with 5 cents a share paid 30 days from the closing date for acceptances and a further 5 cents a share six months from that date - McCaffertys also agreed to pay the company's 4,000 creditors (owed $27 million) some $17 million
