we understand Vermont Aus was successful with an offer of $5.36 ($5.55 less a special dividend of $0.19) cash per GXL share or a mix of shares in Vermont Aus Holdco P/L and cash (the cash element being either 50% or 25% of shareholdings) if shareholders so elected	27/02/2019
The scheme of arrangement, under which 100% of the shares in Greencross are to be acquired by Vermont Aus has been implemented today, 27 February 2019. TPG BidCo now holds all of the ordinary shares in Greencross. The scheme consideration will be paid or issued, as applicable, to scheme shareholders within the next 5 business days.	27/02/2019
The securities of Greencross Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Monday, 11 February 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Federal Court of Australia orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Vermont Aus Pty Ltd will acquire all of the issued shares in GXL.	11/02/2019
