we understand that under the scheme of arrangement the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenchip Emerging Growth Limited (ASX Code GEG) - shares in Greenchip Opportunities were exchanged on a one for one basis with shares in GEG - following the reconstruction, the Superannuation Trust of Australia invested $10 million to acquire 9,433,962 new shares in GEG at an issue price of $1.06 per share
