the NSX has imposed a suspension on Golden Circle Limited (NSXCODE: GCO) effective from 10th December 2008. The suspension is imposed at the request of the company for the finalization of the takeover by Heinz. It is expected that Golden Circle will be delisted from the official list effective 19th December 2008
