we understand FNZ (Australia) Bidco Pty Ltd was successful with an offer of $3.50 cash per GBST share - a fully franked special dividend of $0.35 per GBST share was also paid on 23 October 2019	07/11/2019
The scheme of arrangement between GBST and its shareholders was implemented on 5 November 2019. FNZ (Australia) Bidco Pty Ltd (ACN 635 824 636) now holds all of the shares on issue in GBST. The fully franked special dividend of $0.35 per GBST share was paid yesterday to each GBST shareholder who held GBST shares as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 23 October 2019. The scheme consideration of $3.50 cash per GBST share was paid yesterday to each GBST shareholder who held GBST shares as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 25 October 2019.	06/11/2019
The securities of GBST Holdings Limited will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Friday, 18 October 2019, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following lodgement of the Supreme Court of New South Wales orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission approving the scheme of arrangement by which Kiwi Holdco CayCo, Ltd will acquire all of the issued shares in GBT.	18/10/2019
